Groupe HD is a Quebec-based company specializing in the investment, development, construction and management of residential real estate projects. Founded in 2020, Groupe HD has quickly established itself as a recognized real estate developer in the Montreal area, acquiring several strategic properties and forging major partnerships with key industry players.
To date, we have worked on more than a dozen projects totalling over 3,000 residential units, from condos to multi-unit rentals, and have raised more than $100M in equity and over $400M in financing.

Groupe HD’s construction division
Groupe HD acquired Praxis Construction to serve as our construction division. With the strategic integration of Construction Praxis, we can offer our partners integrated and efficient services and, most importantly, meticulous financial and operational oversight. This acquisition allows us to add a major feather to our cap in terms of business operations and to count ourselves among the most influential and active developers in the Greater Montreal area.
